Expression of Interest are invited for Customer Acquisition and Retention for Last Mile Digital Financial Service IFC Financial Institutions Group is seeking to recruit one or two consulting firms responsible for customer acquisition and retention for last-mile digital financial services with a focus on northern Nigeria. This will include customer registrations, onboarding, education and management with specific deliverables. IFC has established a partnership with a financial service provider in Nigeria to scale up its agent financial services across the country with a focus on northern and rural Nigeria. The purpose of this partnership is part of IFC advisory services program aimed at increasing access to and usage of digital financial services by improving the quality and quantity of last mile distribution through Agents and Merchants networks across the country, and particularly in northern Nigeria. This include expanding customers through localized targeted marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention to drive adoption and service usage.
