Expression of Interest are invited for Ethiopia Money Market Capacity Building Project Through the The Ethiopia Money Market Capacity Building Project, IFC is working with the Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX), and other key stakeholders to enhance the professional capacity of senior management and officers within the commercial banks and other relevant stakeholders by identifying and providing standardized, internationally recognized training and certification programs. The initiative seeks to enhance the technical capabilities of professionals working across critical areas of the financial system, including the interbank money market, foreign exchange (FX) market, treasury operations, back-office functions, and financial management. By aligning with the objectives of the globally recognized ACI Dealing Certificate and ACI Operations Certificate, the project will deliver targeted training that emphasizes global best practices, regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial innovation. IFC is seeking the services of a consultant/firm with experience, expertise and accreditation to: To equip training participants with technical expertise in key areas of interbank money markets, foreign exchange (FX) markets, treasury operations, back-office functions, and financial operations; and To prepare participants for successful completion of the respective ACI certification exams. Firms are requested to submit ONLY their Expression of Interest at this stage and NOT include financial proposals during the initial submission. Upon receipt and review of Expressions of Interest, IFC will invite selected firms to submit detailed technical and financial proposals in the subsequent stage.
