Required Services Include Ushering, Event Security (Including Operation Of Metal Detectors And Wanding), Parking Attendants, And On-Site Supervision And Management Personnel. The Selected Vendor Will Be Responsible For Ensuring A Safe, Organized, And Guest-Friendly Environment Through Professional Staffing And Effective Coordination. Vendors Should Demonstrate Experience In Event Operations, Crowd Control, And Safety Protocols, With The Ability To Adapt To Events Of Varying Size And Scope.
