Company carried out a feasibility study by third party to find the best practices followed in oil and gas industries for crude oil custody transfer measurement. The feasibility study report for same was issued in Dec 2023 and it calls for installation of crude oil custody transfer metering skid (CTMS) at Bapco Upstream premises. Accordingly, it is decided by company to install a CTMS system with all required accessories as per international standards.
