The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity To The Objects Of The Contracting Authority, Which Are Explicitly Stated In The Technical Specification- Annex 1 Of A Licensed Electricity Supplier And A Standard Balancing Group Coordinator To Deliver Net Active Electricity With Full Administration Of The Information Flow And Take Up The Expense Of The Eso And The Consumption. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Statutory Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. They Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority. On The Basis Of The Above, The Contractor Will Be Concluded For Combination Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Peee /Electricity Trade Rules /. Also, The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Construction Of A Remote Measurement And Monitoring System Of Consuming The Energy Supplied By Up To 5 Objects Of The Contracting Authority, The Purpose Being To Achieve Optimization And Economy Of Electricity Consumption Through Effective Energy Management.
