The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Low Voltage Electricity (Nh) At Freely Agreed Prices And The Choice Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of Nadezhda Dg, According To The Energy Act (Ea), The Rules For Trade In Electricity (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pikee). The Award Of The Public Procurement Aims To Choose A Provider Of Active Electricity And The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group According To Ptee, By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 In Connection With Art. 11, Item 10 Of The Peee - Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Used By The Contracting Authority As The End Customer Services: Access To The Power Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transfer Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network (Network Services) And Liability For Balance. The Object Of The Contracting Authority Included In The Scope Of This Contract Is Registered On The Market At Freely Agreed Electricity Prices. The Order Includes The Following Activities: - Delivery Of Active Net Electricity - Low Voltage At Freely Agreed Prices For The Subject Of Dg Nadezhda, Connected To The Electricity Distribution Network Of The Electricity Distribution Company: Evn Bulgaria Electricity Distribution Ead. - Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator Under The Energy Act (Ea), The Rules For Trade In Electricity (Pee) And Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pike) For The Needs Of The Dg Nadezhda. - Forecasting Of Electricity Consumption For The Site Of Nadezhda Dg, Planning And Negotiation Of Specific Quantities, Requesting And Balancing. - Performing A Procedure For Replacing A Supplier And A Balancing Group Coordinator In Front Of The Respective Network Operator - Performing By The Contractor Of All Necessary Actions In The Course Of The Supplier Replacement Procedure And A Balancing Group Coordinator According To Ptee. The Object Included In The Scope Of This Order Is Described In Table 1 - Annex To Technical Specification (Annex No 1).
