Tenders Are Invited For Limited Offering Of Educational Substitute Services In Ishøj And Glostrup Municipalities

This Offer Relates To The Performance Of Educational Temporary Workers For Day Care Institutions, Specialist Institutions, Housing Places, Schools, Sfo And Leisure Homes, In Glostrup And Ishøj Municipalities. Framework Agreements Are Offered Until The Entry Into Force Of March 2, 2026 And Termination Of February 28, 2030, The Tender Is Carried Out As A Limited Light Offering In Accordance With Section Iii Of Act No. 1564 Of 15 December 2015, The Tendering Act, Which Means That Any Financial Actor Can Apply For Participation, But Only Suitable Applicants Are Selected And Called For It. The Offer Consists Of Two Phases: 1) The Pre -Qualification Phase, Where Interested Actors Apply To Be Selected To Submit Offers, And 2) The Offer Phase Where The Selected Applicants Prepare And Submit Offers. These Pre-Qualification Conditions Relate To The Pre-Qualification Phase And Describe The Requirements For Applicants And Applications, As Well As How The Contracting Entity Makes The Selection Of The Most Suitable Applicants To Submit A Bid For The Framework Agreement. In This Tender, The Contracting Entity Will Pre -Qualify 5 Applicants, Cf. More Closely In Section 5. For The Tender Phase, The Tender Conditions Apply, Which Describes The Requirements For The Tenders And How The Contracting Entity Will Appoint The Most Economically Advantageous Offer That Will Be Assigned To The Assignment. The Task Will Be Assigned To The Same Supplier In Both Municipalities, In Order To Create Economies Of Scale And Ensure The Supplier Can Establish A Functioning Temporary Worker In The Local Area. There Will Be A Separate Contract Between The Supplier And Ishøj And Glostrup Municipality Respectively.
