The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Pavement Along With The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, Construction Of A Bus Bay, Construction Of Lighting On Voivodship Road No. 977 In Chojnik And Construction Of A Pavement Along With A Rainwater Sewage System On Provincial Road No. 980 In Siemiechów As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Km 2+297.50 - 2+388.15 And Bus Bay Left In Chojnik Stage Iii And Reconstruction Of Voivodship Road No. 980 Jurków - Biecz Consisting In The Construction Of The Pavement Together With The Rainwater Drainage System - Stage Iii Episode. The Order Is Divided Into Two Parts: - Part And Orders Include: Reconstruction Of Voivodship Road No. 977 Tarnów - The Border Of The State Consisting In The Construction Of The Pavement Episode 100 In Km 2+297.50 - 2+388.15 And Bus Bay Left In Chojnik Stage Iii; 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design /Design Documentation, Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Formal Attachments For Reporting Works And Auxiliary Number Of Works /.3. Final Comments: - The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Based On Technical Documentation, In Accordance With The Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works Specified In The Sst, With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, Technical Standards, Standards, Principles Of Building Art, Professional Ethics And The Terms Of The Draft Contract /Annex No. 7 /, - The Contractor Undertakes To Mark And Secure Movement And Work On The Time Works (According To The Project Of A Traffic Organization Provided By The Employer For The Time Of Conducting Works In The Road Lane) Along With The Ongoing Maintenance Of This Marking And Its Liquidation After The Works Are Completed. - The Contractor Undertakes To Introduce A Permanent Traffic Organization (According To The Permanent Traffic Organization Project - Regarding The Segment Of The Pavement, Which Is The Subject Of This Contract). Pursuant To Art. 6 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), Will Be Able To Signals To Traffic Participants Or Other Persons On The Road While Conducting Works. In This Case, The Contractor Will Present To The Supervision Inspector Relevant Documents Confirming The Required Training Of Contractor Employees At Your Own Expense, The Rainwater Sewage Network Has Been Used Before Completing The Final Acceptance Of The Task. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Employer In Writing About The Planned Inspection At Least 5 Days In Advance. - The Contractor Will Be Full Of Responsibility For Damages And Consequences Of The Accidents Of Employees And Third Parties, And Arising In Connection With The Construction Works Carried Out During The Date Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site By The Contractor Until The Date Of The Final Acceptance Of The Works. - Remuneratio
