1. The Subject Of This Order Are Construction And Nature Works - Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Works, Including The Investment Task Entitled: Living The Effects Of Post -Industrial Activities, Including Mining On The Environment, Improvement Of The Indicators Of Biodiversity And Remedying Of The Area After The Former Sewage Treatment Plant In Żywiec - Moszczani, Implemented In The Designer System Build. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Make Design Documentation, Including A Construction Design And Technical (E) Project (E), Cost Estimate (S), Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Together With Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Reporting Works - For The Entire Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And Also Prepare For Approval By The Contracting Authority The Construction And Work Schedule For Approval By The Contracting Authority Natural; 2) Perform Construction Works, Based On The Documentation Of Project-Level Projects, Referred To In Item 1) Above, And The Final Decision On The Building Permit Or The Application Of Works Obtained In Item And Bats, Developing Educational Content In The Form Of Outlines, Developing Educational Content In The Form Of Boards, Removing Invasive Vegetation, Planting Trees, Removing Plants And Cleaning The Branches Of Surrounding Trees. 3. Details The Scope Of The Subject Of This Contract Is Specified In Annex 7 To Swz-Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Containing Part A-Construction And B-Natural, Including A Functional And Utility Program With Attachments And Nature Documentation. 4. Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With This Swz, Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Containing Part A - Construction And B - Natural, Draft Contract And In Accordance With The Principles Of Building Art, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Norms. The Obligation To Perform Works In Accordance With The Above Documents Does Not Release The Contractor, Among Others From The Obligation To Verify This Documentation During The Duration Of The Contract And Reporting To The Ordering Party Detected In It Defects Or Deficiencies Resulting In The Possibility Of Failure To Comply With The Terms Of The Contract Or Violating The Law. 5. It Is Desirable That Before Submitting The Offer The Contractor Conducts A Local Vision Of The Area Where Construction Works Will Be Located Covered By The Subject Of This Order. Conducting A Vision Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer In These Proceedings. The Costs Of Making A Local Vision Of The Construction Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 6. From The Date Of Receipt Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Events That Will Occur During The Performance Of The Contract.
