The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Sanitary Transport Services For The 116 Military Hospital With The Spzoz Clinic In Opole Successively For The Duration Of The Contract, I.E. 12 Months. The Provision Of Services Will Consist In Ordering By The Unit Of The Contracting Authority Of Sanitary Transport To The Places Indicated In The Order. Sanitary Transport Also Includes The Transport Of Patients With Infection With Infectious Diseases. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Transport In Accordance With Applicable Sanitary And Epidemiological Procedures, In Particular To Provide Persons Implementing The Order Of Personal Protective Equipment And Use Them In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The National Consultant In The Field Of Infectious Diseases And The Ministry Of Health, As Well As Ensure Disinfection Of Vehicles With Equipment. Task No The Basic One, Which Includes At Least Two Persons Authorized To Perform Rescue Activities, Including: System Nurse Or Paramedic; Task 3 - Sanitary Transport (T) Of Patients Who Do Not Require Medical Care, A Team That Includes A Driver - A Medical Rescuer Or Driver + Paramedic) Task No. 4 - Transport Of Medical Shipments (I.E.
