Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Municipal Nursery Playground No. 1 In Toruń. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Assembly Of Terrace Pergola, 2) Safe Surface With Epdm With The Foundation And Outskirts, 3) Delivery And Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture As Well As Play And Educational Devices. 2. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Project Documentation And The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Made By Piotr Wiork, Conducting Business Activity Under The Company: Architect Piotr Wiorek; Components Of Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works Listed In Annex 1 To The Template Of The Contract) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Norms, Construction And Gardening, Based On The Examination Of The Construction Area And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Employer. The Contractor Will Perform Work Taking Into Account The Performance And Use Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs At The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Records Of The Contract Template. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Availability For Disabled People Indicated In The Project Documentation And In The Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works. 3. Solutions Equivalent1) Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Was Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process Or Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems. The Employer Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To The Documentation Described In The Documentation, Provided That They Do Not Reduce The Standards Specified In The Documentation, They Will Have The Required Appropriate Approvals, Certificates Or Approvals, And Ensure The Performance Of The Contract As Expected And Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tor.
