The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Establishment Of A Care Institution For Children Under The Age Of 3 In The Form Of 1 Day Carer At: Dziaduszyce 23, 32-218 Słaboszów (Hereinafter: The Task), Under Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: A. Renovation Of Some Of The Rooms Located On The Ground Floor Of The Primary School Building In Dziaduszyce In Order To Ensure The Housing Requirements Necessary To Organize The Care Of The Day Caregiver, Including Separation Of The Playroom With A Sleeping Part, Bathroom For Children, Social And Storage Rooms And Toilets For Staff,  Providing Access For People With Disabilities By Making A Ramp At The External Stairs And Stair Chair, B. Delivery, Along With The Transfer Of Ownership To The Contracting Authority, And When It Concerns - Along With The Installation Of The Necessary Equipment For The Playroom And The Playroom, Sanitary And Sanitary Part Social Room. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular The Scope And Manner Of Execution Of Construction Works - Renovation, Sanitary And Electrical, As Well As A List Of Deliveries Together With The Determination Of The Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of Delivery Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Consists Of: A. Design Documentation - In The Descriptive And Drawing Part, B. Technical Specification Of Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), C. Caller, With The Proviso That The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Secure Part Of The Building Of The Primary School In Dziaduszyce Subject To Ordinary Functioning From A Part Of The Building Covered By The Renovation (Construction Works, Sanitary, Electric), In The Manner Described In Annex 2 To Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions, In Particular In A Manner Securing Part Of The Building Of The Primary School, Subject Before Getting Dust, Before Heat Loss (Especially During The Heating Period - When It Concerns) And Before Excessive Noise, While Ensuring The Highest Level Of Security Of Primary School Users, In Particular Minor Children. 3. The Contracting Authority Declares That All Documents Constituting A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Complement Each Other And As Such Specify The Scope Of The Contract In Total. In Particular, Possible Deficiencies In The Pre -City In The Scope Of Works Included As Works To Be Carried Out In The Design Documentation (In The Descriptive Or Drawing Part) Or Possible Deficiencies In The Design Documentation (In The Descriptive Or Drawing Part) In The Scope Of Works Taken Into Account As Works To Be Carried Out In The Pre -City, Is Not Released By The Contractor From The Implementation Of These Works, Unless It Results From Swz. 4.
