Part 1 - Road Construction - Ul. Short In Nowy Krępiec, Commune Mełgiew. Budowa Road - Ul. Short In Nowy Krępiec, Commune Mełgiew Together With Drainage Devices And The Road Lane Area As Well As Marking And Assembly Of Brd Devices. The Task Includes A Section Of The 340 M Long Road At The Beginning In A 0+000.00 Working Kilometer Designated At The Intersection Of The Designed Axle With The Edge Of The Roadway Of The Municipal Road No. 105531 L - Ul. Okosna 537/1 And An End At 0+340.00 Km Determined By Exit To The Last Built -Up Property Along The Road. The Task Also Includes The Intersection Of The Designed Road From Ul. Oblique In The Reconstruction Of Her Inlet To The Parent Road. 3. The Subject Of The Contract In Part 1 Includes: 1) Preparatory Works, Including: Determining The Route And Altitude Points, Removal Of Trees Or Bushes, Photo Of A Layer Of Humus, Demolition Of Roads And Street Elements; 2) Earthworks, Including: Execution Of Excavations In The Land Of Category Iii-Iv, Embankment, 3) Dehydration Of The Road Body With Designed Street Inlets And Dewenates For Lymph Wells, 4) Foundations, 5) Surfaces, 6) Finishing Works, 7) Marking And Movement Safety Devices, 8) Street Elements, 9) Street Elements. The Order Should Be Completed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex 12A/B To Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Swz And The Contract (Annex 10A/B To Swz). 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In Particular: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.7. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) Together With Executive Provisions, Standards And Instructions For Manufacturers Of Devices And Materials Used, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Building Art. 8. The Materials Supplied And Used By The Contractor Should Meet As To The Quality Of The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Application In Construction, As Defined In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law. 9. Performing The Subject Of The Contract And Commissioning Must Also Be In Line With All Legal Acts Competent For The Subject Of The Contract, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines.
