The Purchase Is Implemented On The Basis Of Initially Granted Funds By The Podkarpackie Voivode, As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M.P. Of 4 June 2025, Item 541), The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Annul A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Contract Is Specified In: Annex 4 To Swz.4. The Supplied Equipment Must: 1) Be Factory New, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Manufactured Not Earlier Than 2024, Fully Technically Functional, Fit For Proper Operation In Accordance With The Functional Scope And Purpose, 2) Be The Exclusive Property Of The Contractor And Be Free From The Rights And Claims Of Third Parties, 3) Have Relevant Documents (Certificate, Safety Attest Or Declaration Of Manufacturers Compliance Confirming Compliance Meeting Requirements, Manufacturers Catalog Cards Containing All Technical And Operational Parameters, Etc.). The Use Of Materials Or Devices Without Finding Their Origin Is Unacceptable.
