In The Scope Of The Works Referred To Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Conducting Sanitary Cuts Of Trees Growing On The Property Of The State Treasury Agricultural Ownership Resources According To The List Constituting Annex 5 To Swz, By Removing The Dull And Broken Branches, Hanging Out Of The Plots Of Land, On Which Trees Grow, In Order To Maintain The Formed Shape Of The Crown And Static Trees In Accordance With The Principles Of The Act On Protection Nature, B) Cutting Out Trees And Assembly Of Wood Obtained From A Pile In A Place That Does Not Cause A Threat To Safety And Not In Use Of The Adjacent Area, C) Carrying Out The Cutting Of Designated Trees In Accordance With The Ohs Guidelines And In Accordance With Applicable Law, I.E. The Environmental Protection Act, The Act On Nature Protection And The Act On Waste, And The Value Of Wood Obtained From The Woodworking And Care Cuts For Redemption By The Contractor, E) Redemption Of Obtained Utility Wood At A Retail Price Determined According To Price List Of Territorially Competent Forest Inspectorate And Export Of Spoil, F) Cleaning And Utilization At The Expense Of The Contractor Leftovers After Cut Trees And Other Waste Resulting From The Works Carried Out, In Accordance With The Relevant Generally Applicable Regulations, G) Loading And Deporting Of The Obtained Wood, H) Ordering The Area After Cutting Trees. 3. Terms Of The Contract: A) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Provisions Of Occupational Health And Safety And In Accordance With The Act On Nature Protection. Persons Performing The Service Cannot Perform Work In Life -Threatening Conditions .B) Felling And Disposal Of Wood May Not Cause Damage To Other Trees And The Area Of ​​The Area Covered By The Service.
