1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Replace Street Lighting Fixtures With Energy -Saving In Kazimierz (Lutomiersk Commune) .1.1. The Order Applies To Delivery With Assembly. The Scope Of Work Intended For Implementation Includes The Replacement Of Existing Lighting Fixtures With Lighting Fixtures With A Led Light Source In The Lutomiersk Commune In The Amount Of 156 According To The Attached Statement (Annex No. 8A To Swz). In Addition, This Scope Should Be Foreseen In 6 Supply Points, A Digital Astronomical Programmer According To The Opz Specification, Installed At The Power And Measurement Point (Details Indicated In Annex 8 To Swz). In Addition To The Above -Mentioned Number Of Luminaires, The Contractor Will Provide 5 Reserve Luminaires Of The Same Type As Installed In The Field, Serving Quick Replacement In The Event Of A Fire -Fighting Defect Installed In The Field. The Reserve Luminaires Will Be Deposited In The Room Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 1.2. Additional Requirements, Recommendations And Comments Of The Ordering Party: 1) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract With The Use Of Own Materials And Devices. To Perform, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Factory New Materials That Guarantee The Appropriate Quality, With Technical And Quality Parameters Specified In Opz. The Transport And Unloading Of The Materials Necessary To Perform The Order To The Place Covered By The Order Will Take Place By Transporting The Contractor And At Its Expense. The Employer Is Not Responsible For Any Damage Resulting During Transport, Unloading As Well As Installation And Assembly Work. The Contractor Of The Contract Is Entirely Responsible For Such Liability. The Employer Reserves That The Factory New Astronomical Programmers Will Be Delivered By The Contractor In New Factory Packaging With A New Warranty Card, Where The Date Of Production/Sale Of The Programmer Will Be Indicated. Programmers With Packaging And Warranty Cards Should Be Presented To The Supervision Inspector For Approval Against Built -In; 2) Schedule Of Work, Security, Marking And Any Doubts Should Be Agreed With The Employer (Supervision Inspector); 3) The Contractor May Not Without The Consent Of The Contracting Authority Expressed In The Letter Independently Make Decisions And Perform The Work Being The Subject Of The Contract In A Manner.
