Software Package And Information Systems - Tendering With Negotiation Of Delivery Of Place Instruction System To Brønderslev Municipality And Vejle Municipality. This Is A Tender With Negotiation Regarding Two Contracts For The Delivery Of A Site Instruction System To Brønderslev Municipality And Vejle Municipality Respectively. Based On This Tender, One Individual Contract Will Be Signed With The Municipality Of Brønderslev And One Individual Contract With Vejle Municipality. The Contracts Are Thus Independent Of Each Other And Without Solidarity For Each Of The Two Municipalities. The Upcoming Supplier Will Thus Have To Enter Into Two (2) Contracts With The Respective Municipalities. It Is Not Possible To Offer One Contract Alone. With This Tender, The Contracting Entity Wants To Buy Access To A Standard Solution. The Offering Is Not Divided Into Sub -Agreements, As The Contracting Entity Estimates That It Overall Gives The Contracting Entity The Best And Most Coherent Solution, Not To Divide The Agreement. The Contracts Offered Have A Duration Of 10 Years Without The Possibility Of Extension, Cf. 29. The Content Of The Contracts Includes The Following Main Elements: • Implementation Of The Place Instruction System • (Possibly) Initial Training Of The Contractors Of The Contractors • Operating And Maintenance Of The Solution • Support Of The Contracting Enthusiasts Super Users
