The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Provision Of Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Covers The Following Activities: Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Assessment Of Compliance Of Investment Projects. The Evaluations Of Compliance Of Investment Projects Should Be Carried Out As Complex Reports On The Essential Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1, Items 1-6 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of The Spa. Complex Reports Will Be Necessary To Approve The Relevant Investment Projects And To Subsequently Issue The Building Permits. Activity 2 - Exercise Construction Supervision, Including The Performance Of The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator On Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With The Approved Investment Projects. The Consultant Must Perform The Functions Arising From The Spa Through The Key Experts Indicated In His Proposal. All Technically Competent Natural Persons Engaged In The Object Of The Contract Must Be Included In The List Of Competent Natural Persons, Representing An Integral Part Of The Issued Certificate For The Exercise Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Para 1, Item 1 Of The Spa.
