Purpose: Bulloch County Schools (Bcs) Is Considering Retrofitting And /Or Replacing Existing Technologies Used For Lighting To Modern Led Lighting Solutions. This Request Is To Provide Interested Contractors With Sufficient Information To Enable Them To Submit A Uniform Proposal For Review By Bulloch County Schools.
