The Main Types Of Activities To Be Carried Out With The Implementation Of The Site Are As Follows: Preparation Of A Working Project For The Works On Signaling (Insurance Equipment) In Volume And Content In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects Subject To Approval By The Expert Technical Council Of The Contracting Authority. In The Preparation Of The Work Project, The Decisions Of The Dp Nric, Approved By The Commission Appointed By Order No. Z-1685 Of 13.10.2022 (Attached To The Technical Specification), Should Be Applied. Implementation Of Construction Works, Including On -Site Tests, Laboratory Tests And Tests In The Process Of Execution Of This Contract; Provide The Delivery Of Reserve Equipment - 30% Of The Value Of All Deliveries. The Types Of Reserve Equipment Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority; Author Supervision. The Site Is The First Category According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 1, Letter N Of The Law On Spatial Planning (Zut) And Art. 2, Para. 1, Item 3 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Construction.
