And Survey Of The Consolidated Financial Statements Of The Arp Group - For 2025 And 2026, Completed With The Issue Of Reports From The Study; 2) Attestation Of The Esg Report Of The Arp Group For 2025 In Accordance With The Standards Applicable At The Date (Ksua 3002Pl Or Standards Adopted By The Ec On The Basis Of The Csrd Directive); 3) Study Of The State Of Use Of New Funds By Arp S.A. Resulting From The Contracts For Taking The Shares Of 3/07/2020, 10.05.2022 And 8.08.2025, Completed By The Issue Of Separate Reports For The Indicated Periods In 2025–2026; 4) Providing Explanations And Participation - At The Request Of The Employer - In Meetings Of The Audit Committee, Supervisory Board And General Meetings Regarding 2025–2026; 5) Possible Extended Tests Of Selected Areas Of Financial Statements (With The Full Method) If The Contracting Authority Is Needed.
