Data-Transmission Equipment-Digitization Of The Reading Process, Records And Settlement Of Water Consumption And The Creation Of An Electronic Service Office For Siemiatycz Residents In The Field Of Water And Sewage Management Part I. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Financed From The Funds Of The European Funds Program For Podlasie 2021-2027, Priority Fepk.01 Competitive And Digital Economy, Operation Fepk.01.02 Digitization. 2. The Order Includes The Supply And Implementation Of The Stationary System Of Reading Water Meter Indications Based On Radio Transmission, Along With The Delivery Of The Necessary Software, Granting A License To Software, Launching The System And Integration With The Zsi Billing Module. The Supplied System Is To Unify And Improve The Process Of Reading Water Meters And Introduce The Process Of Calculating Fees For Used Water And Drained Sewage In Monthly Periods For All Recipients. The Implementation Of The System Will Limit The Need To Enter The Recipients Property Each Time To Read The Condition Of The Water Meter, Which Will Reduce Errors Caused By A Human Factor. The Stationary Water Meter System Will Generate Water Consumption Charts And Detect Leaks From Customers. 3. Order Scope: 1) Delivery Of 2946 Radio Covers To Water Meters Together With The Necessary Infrastructure For Data Transmission; 2) Assembly Of 2946 Radio Overlays To Water Meters Together With The Necessary Infrastructure For Data Transmission; 3) License For Water Meters Reading System. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Determination Of The Minimum Requirements Was Presented In Annex 2 To Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz).
