Ccrs Include: Thermal Insulation Of The Exterior And Interior Walls Of The Building; Replacement Of Old Joinery With New Pvc Windows; Repair Of Roof Structure, Thermal Insulation Of The Roof, Replacement Of Tiles And New Lightning Protection And Grounding Installation; Thermal Insulation Of The Floor, By Insulating The Floor Plate Above The Unheated Basement; Construction Of An Accessible Environment According To Ordinance No. Rd02-20-2 Of 26.01.2021 For Determining The Requirements For Accessibility And Universal Design Of The Elements Of The Accessible Environment In The Urbanized Territory And Of The Buildings And Facilities By Setting The Door At The Site Of An Existing Toilet And The Placement Of Tacticals To The Corridors; Replacing All Luminaires With Incandescent Wires With New, Energy -Saving.
