Organizational Units Covered By The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The City And Commune Office Of Olsztyn, 2) The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Olsztyn, 3) The Municipal Public Library In Olsztyn, 4) The Municipal Cultural Center In Olsztyn, 5) The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Olsztyn, 6) Primary School In Olsztyn, 7) Municipal Kindergarten In Olsztyn, 8) Primary School In Bishopy, 9) Primary School In Turów, 10) Primary School In Zrębice, 11) Primary School In Kusiętach. 3. The Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And The Proposed Contractual Provisions - Annex 10 To Swz 4.
