Task No. 1 Delivery Of Natural Gas For Objects Not Covered By Tariff Protection. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of High -Mannas From The E Group, Including Sales Together With The Gas Fuel Distribution Service For Facilities In The Possession Of The City Of Rydułtowy. 2. Natural Gas Supplied By The Contractor Must Meet The Requirements Of The Applicable Regulations, In Particular In The Energy Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 266, As Amended) And In The Executive Acts Issued On Its Basis, Which Other Files Of Applicable Law And Polish Standards Related To Them. 3. The Contracting Authority Currently Has Comprehensive Contracts Of The Sale Of Gas Fuel From Pgnig Retail Limited Liability Company With Headquarters Of Warsaw At Ul. Jan Kazimierz 3, 01-248 Warsaw For The Sale And Distribution Of Natural Gas For Collection Points Specified In Tasks No. 1 And 2. The Contracts Are Concluded For A Specified Period Of 31.12.2025. The Agreement Provides For The Possibility Of Terminating Them By Agreement Of The Parties. The Employer Once Again Conducts The Sellers Change Procedure. After Completing The Proceedings, The Employer Will Transfer The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected, All Data Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Seller By The Contractor. 4. All Points Covered By The Proceedings Are Subordinate To The Polish Gas Company Branch Branch Gas Zakład In Zabrze. 5. The Contracting Authority Informs That He Is The Final Recipient. In The Event Of A Change Of The Seller, The Employer Will Grant The Contractor To Change The Seller On Behalf Of The Employer. 6. The Contracting Authority Currently Does Not Have Promotional Offers And Is Not A Member Of Loyalty Programs. 7. Settlements Will Take Place On The Basis Of Actual Gas Consumption In Individual Facilities, As Indicated By The Meters, During Settlement Periods In Accordance With The Distribution System Tariff And According To The Unit Price Resulting From The Contractors Offer. 8. The Contracting Authority Is Not A Payer Of Excise Duty. 9. In The Event That In The Tender Documentation The Contracting Authority Stated That 100 % Of The Volume Is Subject To Tariff Protection, While In Declarations On Tariff Protection Submitted By The Contracting Authority During Conclusion Of Contracts, The Contracting Authority Changed The Value Of % Volume, Also Showing A Volume That Does Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office - The Contracting Authority Agrees That Gas Fuel Not Covered By Tariff Protection Is Settled According To The Sellers Applicable Price List On The Day Of Gas Fuel Delivery. 10. In The Event That The Distribution System Operator At The Time Of Reporting The Contract Is Questioned By Tariff Groups And Contractual Powers Indicated In The Procedure, The Contracting Authority Agrees To Adapt The Tariff Groups And Contractual Capacity To The Osd In Force At The Osa. 11. The Employer Does Not Agree To Receive Invoices Forecasted In All Tari
