The Name Of The Contract Awarded By The Ordering Party: Exchange Of Lighting With Energy -Saving In The Public Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Przysucha As Part Of The Task Under The Name Lighting Exchange For Energy -Saving In Public Facilities In The Commune And City Of Przysucha. Task Co -Financed From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management Under The Lighting Modernization Program. 2. Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Supply And Assembly Of New Energy -Saving Lighting Fittings Together With Their Replacement In The Public Building Of Primary School No. 2. 1) Existing Condition: The Existing Lighting Installation In The Main Part Of The Public Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Przysucha, At Ul. Warszawska 45 Consists Of Basic Lighting Made Mainly With Luminaires With Fluorescent Sources, Incandescent And 6 Pieces Of Highlighters With Metalhalogenic Sources (Gym Room). The Vast Majority Are Plaster Luminaires (N/T) Mounted Mainly Directly To The Ceiling Or Partly On The Walls, The Suspended Ceiling- Cassette Occurs Only In 3 Rooms No. 101, 102 And 103 (Luminaires P/T). Lighting Is Depleted, Partly Incomplete (Damage Or Lack Of Shades, Elements ...) And Energy -Consuming In The Face Of This Classification For Replacement (Modernization) For Lighting In Energy -Saving Led Technology. The Main Part Of The Psp Building No. 2 Does Not Have Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Due To The Fact That The Co -Financing Program Only Provides For The Replacement Of The Existence Of Luminaires And Obtaining The Assumed Ecological Effect, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Will Be Made At A Later Time And A Separate Study. The Added Part Of The Sports Hall With Facilities Was Modernized On Led In 2024. And Is Not Subject To Exchange. 2) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Replacement Of Existing Basic Lighting Fixtures, With Energy-Saving Luminaires In Led Technology, In The Main Part Of The Public Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Przysucha In The Scope Presented In The Assembly Table And The Throws Of Individual Floors, Including:- Dismantling 466 Pcs. Led Frames With Accessories,- Execution Of Electrical And Photometric Measurements,- Execution Of As-Built Documentation. Moc Of Individual Luminaires And Their Number In Individual Rooms Were Specified In The Technical Project, While The Required Technical And Utility Parameters In The Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Works. 3. The Scope Of Work Related To Lighting Replacement Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling Of Existing Lighting Fittings; 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Brand New, Free From Any Defects Of Led Lighting Fixtures; 3) Performing Measurements Of Anti -Tire Protection Electrical Circuits Supplying Low Voltage And Lighting Measurements; 4) Execution Of As -Built Documentation Regarding The Changes To The Electrical Installation
