The Implementation Of The Order Includes Transport To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party (Wrocław, Ul. Legnicka 40). 3. The Offered Products Must Be Approved For Trading And Application By Current Legal Provisions. 4. Product Expiry Date - Min. 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery Or Non-Cost Exchange Before The Expiry Date. 5. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 6. The Detailed Subject Of The Contract Contains The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.7. Slight Quantitative Shifts Between Individual Assortment Items Are Allowed, Within 30 % Of The Net Value Of The Subject Of The Contract, While Maintaining The Total Value Of The Subject Of The Contract. 8. Implementation Of Partial Deliveries: 3-4 Times A Month, According To The Contracting Authority9. Maximum Waiting Time For Partial Delivery: Up To 5 Business Days From Placing The Order10. In The Case Of Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That They Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer, In Particular In Terms Of The Products Described In Annex 2 To Swz, Their Size And Shape And Composition. 14.
