Tenders Are Invited For Laundry Services For The Needs Of The Prison In Racibórz

1. The Subject Of The Order Are Laundry Services, Which Include In Particular: Water Washing Of Items Such As Bedding, Underwear, Clothing, Protective And Work Clothing Specified In Detail In Annex 1 And 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Justice Of 19.12.2016 On The Living Conditions Of Persons Imprisoned In Prisons And Detention Centers (Journal Of Laws 2016, Item 2224, D.) And Other Things According To The Needs Of The Client As Well As Drying, Ironing, Magicing, Repairing These Things, Chemical And Terrical Disinfection Within 24 Months From The Date Of The Contract. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Things Subject To A Laundry Service Is An Average Of 3000 Kg Per Month, Subject To The Possibility Of Increasing Or Reducing It Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 3. Washing Services And Other Services Constituting The Subject Of This Contract Will Be Performed In Batches, Once A Week From 8.00 To 12.00 From The Employers Warehouse Located At: Ul. Eichendorff 14 47-400 Racibórzczczy Covered By The Laundry Service Received And Delivered By The Contractor At The Cost And Risk And While Maintaining The Appropriate Sanitary Conditions. 4. The Ordering Party Requires A Laundry Disposal That Meets At Least The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of 27.04.2000 On Occupational Health And Safety In Washing Rooms And Dyeing (Journal Of Laws Of 2000, No. 40, Item 469, As Amended) And Having A Hygiene Barrier. 5. Washing Services Must Be Performed According To Procedures Adapted To The State Of Dirt And Guaranteeing The High Quality Of The Service, Using Technologies And Funds Affecting The Natural Environment In A Way That Does Not Violate The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect. 6. To Perform Laundry Services, Detergents Should Be Used In The Country In Accordance With The Provisions Of Regulation (Ec) No 648/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 31 March 2004 On Detergents (Published In The Official Journal Of The European Communities, L 104, 8 April 2004) And The Act Of 25 February 2011 On Chemical Substances (Journal Of Laws 2022, Item 1816). 7. Used Methods Of Washing, Drying, Disinfection, Magicing And Ironing Of Fabrics May Not Cause Changes In Structure, Color, Dimensions, The Shape Of Fabrics And Accelerated Consumption. 8 9. Clean And Dirty Fabrics Cannot Be Transported With The Same Containers And Prams. 10. Clean And Dry Fabrics Returned After The Laundry Services Should Be Sorted According To The Range, Folded And Secured In Such A Way That There Is No Direct Contact With Pure Laundry During Its Transport And Transfer. 11. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Disappearance Or Replacement Of Fabrics During The Laundry Service. In The Event Of A Replacement Or Disappearance Of Fabrics, The Contractor Undertakes To Immediately Provide Missing Fabrics Or Purchase And Transfer To The Ordering Party In Place Of Converted Or Lost Fabrics - New, In The Same Quantity, The Same Type And Quality.
