Development Of A Strategic And Implementation Document Entitled Municipal Plan For Adaptation To Climate Change For The Miasto Pruszków Commune Along With The Procedure Of Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment (Hereinafter Sooś) On The Scope Indicated By The Relevant Bodies, With The Participation Of Society As Part Of The Consultation And Partition Process Together With Participation In Activities Related To Its Adoption And Implementation (Hereinafter Referred To As Mpa Or Document). The Entire Work On Mpa And The Structure Of The Document Must Comply With:  Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law,  Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments,  Regulation Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment On The Detailed Scope Of The Report On The Monitoring Of The Implementation Of Adaptation Activities For Climate Change. And Monitoring Measures And Monitoring Indicators Contained In The Municipal Adaptation Plans,  Currently Developed By The Ministry Of The Climate And Environment Adaptation For City - Guidelines For Preparing The City Plan For Adaptation To Climate Change, Updated Version From 2023,  Regulations Of The Recruitment Under The European Funds Program For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021–2027 Fenx.02.04 - Development Of Adaptation Plans,  Current And Higher -Order Local Strategic Documents. 2. Design Assumptions (The Concept Of Greening The City, Including The Increase In The Area Of ​​Green Areas And Trees; The Concept Of Development In The City Of Rainwater And Snowmelt As A Result Of Precipitation) Determined As A Result Of Analyzes Carried Out In Mpa Must Be Prepared With Due Diligence To Meet The Requirements Enabling Their Subsequent Implementation From External Funding, Among Others European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (Phoenix); Life Program; National Reconstruction Plan (Kpo). 3. The Document Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of Applicable Program Documents/Environmental Reports/Gus Data/Own Analysis Of The Contractor And Other Available Auxiliary Materials. 4. The Study Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Procedures And Issues Specified In The Above -Mentioned Acts And Documents, As Well As Other Separate Provisions And In Accordance With Current Eu, National, Voivodship, Poviat As Well As With Local Planning And Strategic Documents, In Which The Commune Of Pruszków Is Included. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate, Support And Help At Every Stage Of Work On The Document. The Document Should Be Prepared With Active Participation (Social Participation) Of Residents, City Teams And Other Stakeholders Identified At The Stage Of Diagnostic And Consultation Works. 6.
