Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Accommodation And Restaurant Services During The Scientific Conference Of The Institute Of Management Of The Lodz University Of Technology 2026
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Accommodation, Restaurant And Conference Services For 160 People - Participants Of The 2026 Scientific Conference, Organized By The Institute Of Management Of The Faculty Of Organization And Management Of The Lodz University Of Technology (Scientific Conference) Together With The Provision Of A Training Room For At Least 160 People - Participants Of The Plus Conference, Including The Right Of Options. The Facility At Least 4* Or Offering The Standard And Services Corresponding To The Category Of Minimum 4* Facilities, Located In The Karkonosze Poviat In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship. Due To The Fact That Some Conference Participants Will Use Public Transport, It Is Required That The Location Of The Facility In Which The Participants Will Be Accommodated Should Be In The Nearby Neighborhood, I.E. In A Maximum Distance Of 5 Km From The Train/Bus Station, From Which And To Which Trains Regularly Run To Communicate With Central Polish (Distance Calculated As For The Walking Route According To Google Maps - Distance. Accommodation Of Participants From The Railway/Bus Station Is One Of The Criteria For The Assessment Of Offers Described In Chapter Xxi Swz Description Of The Criteria He Will Follow When Choosing The Offer). In Addition, The Facility Should Have Accommodation And Gastronomic Facilities Enabling Increased Order For Accommodation And/Or Meals, In The Event Of A Larger Number Of Participants (The Right Of The Option Referred To In Chapter Ii.E Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract). Available Car Parking Spaces For A Minimum Of 120 Cars Belonging To The Conference Participants Will Also Be Necessary, With The Possibility Of Increasing The Availability Of Places To 150 Cars, If The Contracting Authority Uses The Right Option Referred To Above.
