1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Organization And Conduct Of Adults Education In The Form Of 2-Semester Postgraduate Studies In The Field Of Activities Supporting Energy Transformation In Local Government Units (Jst). 2. As Part Of The Basic Order, Postgraduate Studies For A Group Of 40 People Indicated By The Ordering Party Will Be Completed, Who In The Course Of Education Will Meet The Requirements Necessary To Obtain A Diploma Of Postgraduate Studies. 3. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options, Consisting In Increasing The Number Of Participants By A Maximum Of 20 People, I.E. To A Total Number Of Up To 60 Participants. 4. The Exercise Of The Right Of The Option Takes Place By Submitting The Contractor To A Written Statement Of The Ordering Party Within 30 Days Of The Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than Until The Date Of Commencement Of Didactic Classes. 5.
