The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities And Classes In Poland, Obligatory To The City Of Siedlce, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Łuków, Sokołów Podlaski, Garwolin, With The Employees Of The Mazowieckie Provincial Hospital. Saint. Jana Pawła Ii In Siedlce Sp. Z O.O. Their Children Under 15 (Access Only To Pools) And Other Authorized Persons (Spouses And Children Over 15 Years Of Age) Of Personal Access Cards For Facilities And Sports And Recreation Classes. Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided In Two Variants: 1) Unlimited Number Of Entries In A Given Month, 2) A Limited Number Of Entries In A Given Place (Minimum 8 Entries Per Month) 2. The Contractor Will Provide Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities And Activities By Issuing Cards To The Ordering Party Without Additional Fees.
