Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of CTV Tool Kit. Oxfam has been working in Lebanon since 1993. We provide humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people affected by conflict, and we promote economic justice and good governance, and womens rights. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men. Oxfam is supporting Syrian refugees in Informal Tented Settlements (ITSs) through an approach that empowers communities to take an active role in managing their own needs. As part of this initiative, Community Technical Volunteers (CTVs) are being trained to carry out basic maintenance within the ITSs, strengthening their capacity to ensure sustainability and reduce reliance on external support. To further enable this process, toolkits will be distributed to CTVs in each settlement, equipping them with the resources necessary to apply their skills effectively. This people-centred and participatory approach fosters ownership, self-reliance, and resilience among community members.
