Tenders are invited for Procurement of Construction of Pursat Regulator/Barrage including Service Bridge, Riverbank Protection, Fish Pass, Gates, and Canal Intake Structures for mc1 and Mc2 The Works include the construction of the Kbal Hong Regulator and two new Main Canal Intakes because these are essential advanced works for the redevelopment of the Kbal Hong Irrigation System (KHIS). The Works consist of the following: A new regulator on the Pursat River downstream of the existing Kbal Hong fixed crest weir in Pursat provincial town to regulate the river to a higher level than that of the existing fixed crest weir and including gates, fish passage (s), electrical and mechanical works, control house, and incorporating a public vehicular road bridge; and Replacement intake works at two main canal offtakes, MC1 and MC2, which will be designed to allow for future expansion to support irrigation areas beyond the KHIS.
