Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy - Delivery Of Electricity By Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of The Military Medical Academy And Its Structures In The Country. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, Part 2 Of The Documentation For Participation. The Volume Of The Intended Delivery Of Electricity Is 15,000 Mwh And Is Formed On The Basis Of Data From The Contracting Authority For The Consumed Electricity For Past Periods. The Contractor Will Make His Assigned Supplies In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Legal And By -Laws Regulating The Activities Included In The Specific Public Procurement. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity From The Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, As Well As All Statutory Fees, Excise Duty And Network Services Due (For Combined Services Under Article 11, Item 10 Of The Ptee), Which The Contracting Authority Pays To The Contractor, The Terms And/Or Other Competent.
