Expression of Interest For Preparation Of A Vision Zero Strategy And Action Plan For Bhutan

Expression of Interest are invited for Preparation of a Vision Zero Strategy and Action plan for Bhutan Primary objective of this consulting service is to develop a national vision zero strategy and comprehensive action plan (to implement the strategy) and a road safety project concept note for Bhutan. Main tasks are as follows. Task 1: Review the Road Safety Management Review (RSMR) report and formulate implementation plan for strategic priorities recommended by the review. Task 2: Prepare a multi-sectoral National Vision Zero Strategy and Action Plan (NVZSAP) with detailed activities covering a reasonable period along with a multi-year investment plan. Task 3: Identify major projects with clear outcome indicators to implement the action plan and develop a concept note(s) for the priority project(s). Task 4: Transfer knowledge to the relevant stakeholders on road safety topics and conduct three workshops to present the assessment, NRSAP and the project concept.
