Sports Facilities Operation Services - Municipal Ice Field Winter Conservation. The Competition Applies To The Winter Maintenance Of The Municipal Ice Fields In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And The Attached Documents From November 1, 2025 To April 30, 2028. The Agreement Also Includes A 2-Year Option (-30.4.2030). Maintenance Includes Freezing And Cleaning Or Refurbishment Of The Field. Offers Are Given At A Single Price By Target And By Procedure. In Addition, The Hourly Rate Is Requested For Additional Work To Be Ordered (Eg Snow Transfer From The Field). The Highest Total Scorer Is Selected As The Contractor Who Meets The Terms And Obligations Set Out In The Invitation To Tender. The Scoring Is Based, In Addition To Scoring Based On The Price Of Maintenance Sites, On The Finish Of The Maintenance Equipment Offered. The Specification Of The Maintenance Equipment Offered Must Be Stated In The Offer. At The Start Of The Season, The Subscriber Will Decide On The Start Date And The End Of The Season At The End Of The Season. The Maintenance Densities Of The Objects Are Reflected In The Attached Sports Site Card. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Change Guidance On The Treatment Of Ice Fields And Increase/Reduce Items. The Subscriber Will Notify The Contractor Of The Changes Two Months Before They Entered Into Force. The Client Indicates The Water Intakes To The Contractor And Is Responsible For The Cost Of Purchasing The Used Water. If The Subscriber Acquires A Maintenance Monitoring System, The Tenderer Undertakes To Use It. The Purpose Of The Monitoring System Is To Communicate Users About The Maintenance Situation Of Sports Facilities. The Subscriber Will Acquire The Necessary Equipment To Monitor Monitoring.
