The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Work, Related Supplies And Services Consisting In The Implementation Of The Project Called Regional Hospital Nachod - Ii. Stage Of Modernization And Completion To The Extent According To The Following Project Documentation, As Amended: 1) According To The Project Documentation For The Construction Of The Construction Called “Regional Hospital Náchod - Ii. Stage Of Modernization And Expansion - New Building D” (Hereinafter Referred To As “Pd No. 1”); 2) According To The Project Documentation For The Construction Entitled “Regional Hospital Náchod - Ii. Stage Of Modernization And Expartments - Adjustments Of Object C” (Hereinafter Referred To As “Pd No. 2”); 3) According To The Project Documentation Of Demolition Works Called Regional Hospital Nachod - Ii. Stage Of Modernization And Completion - Demolition Of Objects D And E (Hereinafter Pd No. 3); 4) According To The Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction Entitled “New Application Of Unused Premises In Pavilion K And J V On Náchod A.S.” (Hereinafter Referred To As “Pd No. 4”); 5) According To The Project Documentation For The Construction Entitled Reduction Of The Energy Performance Of Buildings In The Náchod Regional Hospital - Building Modifications Of Pavilion B And C (Hereinafter Pd No. 5). The Subject Of Construction Work Is In Particular: A) A New Building Of Pavilion D With Connecting Bridges With Existing Hospital Buildings, A New Central Hall With An Underground Ct Examination (Pd No. 1), B) Building Modifications Including An Extension Of The Escape Staircase To Pavilion C And The Performance And Move Of Oxygen Vapor. The Formed Escape Routes In Pavilion A And B, These Parts Of The Works Will Be Realized And Approved Before The Opening Of Demolition Work Of Existing Pavilions D And E, C) Demolition Of Buildings D And E Including Connecting Neck With Object C, Demolition Of Compressor Station, Removal Of Support Walls And Collectors In Order To Ensure Replacement Premises For Evicted Operations From Pavilion D And E (Pd No. 4), E) Building Modifications Consisting Mainly Of Roof Insulation Including New Coverings And In Thermal Insulation Of The Cladding, Including The Replacement Of Outdoor Openings And Plumbing Elements For Pavilion B And C (Pd 5). The New Pavilion D Will Include A Laboratory Floor With A Transfusion Station, Hematology And Microbiological And Biochemical Laboratories. In Addition, Internal And Urological Outpatient Clinics Will Be Extended. The Pavilion Will Have A New Department Of Oncology, Hemodialysis, New Urology Department, Internal Intermediate Care Unit (Imp), Internal Intensive Care Unit (Icu), New Internal Standard Inpatient Department And Long -Term Hospitals (Ldn). This Pavilion D Will Also Include The Extension Of The Childrens Inpatient Department And The Establishment Of The Central Economic Background For The Supply Of The Hospital Monoblock.
