The Disposal Contract Includes Transferring To An Transshipment Point Defined By The Contractor (See 5), The Transport And Disposal Of The Wet Excavator, Which Arises From The Wet Drilling Work On The Federal Water Road Main-Donau-Canal (Mdk) In The Period 2026- 2029. Not The Subject Of The Contract. The Wet Excavation Work And The Transport Of The Wet Excavator To The Transshipment Point, Which Are Awarded Separately After The Success Of The Disposal, The Interface Between The Contracts Is The Transition Site. The Disposal Concerns Nassbaggergut That Is Classified According To The Dk1 Landfill Classes In Accordance With The Landfill Regulation (Depv). The Execution Period Of The Present Tender Amounts To 48 Months (01.01.2026 - 31.12.2029).
