    Supplying of Security Services for Asi Disi Medura Premises, Colombo 05 for Year 2025/2026 Bids should be submitted only in the documents issued by the Ministry. Bidding documents will be issued to institutions which have been registered in the Ministry of Defence for supplying of security services for year 2025/2026 and could possess minimum 3 years of satisfactory experience in the same field. Bidding documents could be obtained from the Accounts Division by submitting the receipt obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.00 to the Shroff of this Ministry during the regular working days between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Bidding documents are issued until 10.00 a.m. on 01.10.2025. Duly completed sealed bids shall be sent under registered post to reach the following address on or before 2.00 p.m. on 01.10.2025 or shall be deposited in the tender box available in the office of the Chief Accountant. Bidding will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on 01.10.2025 and the bids will be opened immediately thereafter. Bidders or their representatives may attend the bid opening. 6.
