Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation and Improvement of Rural Roads in the Northern Province The Road Development Authority (the Employer) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above lots. Scope of the works includes; Rehabilitation and Improvement activities (the Works) will include but not limited to the following: Detailed design; Site Clearing and Excavation; Road formation and improvement; Sub Base construction. Dense Graded Aggregate Base complete with Asphalt Concrete overlay; Drainage construction / improvements; Culvert rehabilitation/extension and construction; Relocation of utilities Provision of Facilities for the Engineer/Employer. To purchase the bidding documents in (English) eligible bidders should; (i) Write to the address above requesting for the bidding documents for the Contract Lots indicating the Lot Numbers. (ii) Pay a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees 60,000/- for each lot by cash or bank draft in favour of the Secretary, Ministry of Transport and Highways, Second Integrated Road Investment Program - Bank of Ceylon Account Number: 0007040533" in respect of the bidding document. (iii) The bidding documents will be issued during normal working days (Monday to Friday) from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. at the address under paragraph 6 above, from 17 September 2025 to 16 October 2025.
