Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Cleaning Services

Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleaning Services Validity Period (Days) Up to 21.01.2026 or above Bid Security: Rs. 200,000 Every bid should be accompanied either by a refundable bid bond drawn in favour of Vice Chancellor, Campaha Wickrainaracliclii University of Indigenous Medicine issued by a commercial bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka which should be to the value and validity period as mentioned in the table above or the original of the receipt obtained from the Shroff of this university upon payment in cash. Further details regarding this may be obtained from the Senior Assistant Registrar (Acting) - General Administration (Tel. Nos. 033- 2215821 or 033-2222748 / 740, Service Extension No. 136 and the bid documents may be inspected free of charge on working days at the General Administration Division of this university. Site visit relevant to the provision of above services can be performed between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on working days from 19.09.2025 until 02.10.2025 and the pre-bid meeting relevant to the above will take place at 10.00 a.m. on 30.09.2025 at the Committee Meeting Hall, Second Floor, Administration Building of the University and the attendance of the interested bidders is anticipated. All bid documents may be obtained in Sinhala language only. Interested bidders may obtain bid documents on submission of a written request on a company letterhead to the Senior Assistant Registrar (Acting) - General Administration between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on working days from 18.09.2025 until 07.10.2025 along with the receipt obtained from the Shroff of the institute upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 7,500.00. Duly perfected bids in duplicate in separate covers marked separately as original and duplicate should be sealed and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover, sealed mentioning clearly the caption Supply of cleaning services to the Gampaha Wickrainaracliclii University of Indigenous Medicine - 2025/2026 on the left hand top corner of the outer envelope and the sealed bids should be deposited in the Tender Box relevant to the supply of cleaning services kept near the Office of the Registrar in Second Floor, of die First Administration Building before 2.00 p.m. on 08.10.2025.
