    Tenders are invited for Supply of Hostel Caretaker Service Sealed bids are entertained by me up to 2.30 p.m. on 02/10/2025 from registered labour supply providing institutions for supply or Hostel Caretaker Services to internal & external hostels belonging to the University of Kelaniva (inclusive of Ragama Medical Faculty). Prospective sendee providers can obtain specimen forms of tender documents & other relevant details from Senior Assistant Registrar (General Administration) upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000.00 made to the Shroff and submission of payment receipt to the University from 2025.09.17 up to 2.30 p.m. on 2025.10.01 and inspection of hostels can he made contacting Assistant Registrar (Student Services) of this University. Duly completed tender documents in two copies as original & duplicate sealed and inserted into two covers separately, marked on top left corner as Tender for Hostel Caretaker Services for the University of Kelaniya should he deposited in the tender box kept for this purpose at the General Administration Division situated in front of the Registrars Office of the Dalugama Premises of the University of Kelaniya before 2.30 p.m. on 02/10/2025. Tenders will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on 02/10/2025 at the Deans Committee Meeting Room of the University of Kelaniya. Tenderer or one of his authorized representatives is allowed to participate at the opening of tenders.
