Training Services - Counseling And Training For Municipalities And Regions In The Field Of Adaptation To Climate Change. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Four Activities: • A1: Training On Adaptation To Climate Change; • A2: Review And Categorization Of Project Proposals And Ideas In Municipalities And Regions; • A3: Support For The Development Of Projects And/Or Project Ideas For Improving Them; • A4: Expert Guidance On The Excursion. These Activities Are Substantially Related To The Basics Of Adaptation To Climate Change (Generally About Adaptation), To Those Content Of Adaptation To Climate Change And The Strengthening Of Climate Resistance, Which Are Linked To The Jurisdictions Of Municipalities And The Tasks Of Regional Development Agencies And Local Energy Agencies. As A Result, The Applicant Must Provide Climate Change Related Expertise In At Least These Substantive Areas: • Strategic Planning And Evaluation Of Strategies, Programs Or Programs. Adjustment Measures To Climate Change (Substantively Distributed In The Following Eight Points), • Spatial Planning (Eg, Consideration Of Threats Due To Floods And Landslides, Drying And Pallets In Intended Use Of Surfaces; Opn Requirements In Connection With Adaptation For Private Investors), • Supply Of Drinking Water (Especially Drought Resistance), • (For Example, Greening, Appropriate Selection Of Plant Species, Caring For Greenery In Public Areas, Providing Free And Free Access To Drinking Water In Public Areas, Prevention Of Stagnation Of Meteor Lines) • Regulating And Providing Climate Resistance Of Local Transport Infrastructure (Including Cycling Lanes), • Regulating And Providing Climate Resistance Of Facilities (For Example. Waves With The Simultaneous Energy Efficiency Of The Facility), • Public Health Measures At The Level Of Local Communities (Eg Providing Publicly Accessible Cold Spaces), • Public Passenger Transport (Especially The Usability Of Vehicles Between Heat Waves), • Protection, Readiness And Response To Climate -Related Accidents And Emergencies.
