    Live Plants, Bulbs, Roots, Cuttings And Slips - Implementation Of The Project No. 1727 Mon.: Entrance To The Kabacki Forest - Green And Comfortable.. 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Project No. 1727 Entitled: Entrance To The Kabacki Forest - Green And Convenient, With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Determined By:  Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, Which Will Be Annex No. 2 To The Contract;  Proposed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz;  Price Form, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz, Which Will Be Annex 1 To The Contract. 2) Obligations Arising From The Social Clause: 1. The Contracting Authority In This Proceeding Applies A Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That Activities In The Scope Of The Performance Of The Contract During Their Performance Will Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code, By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. 3. The Condition Referred To In Para. 2, Will Be Met By Employment Under An Employment Contract Of New Employees Or To Be Determined For The Performance Of The Employed Persons Performing Works Consisting In The Performance Of: Preparatory Work, Gardening Works, Demolition Works, Earthworks, Works Related To The Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements And Cleaning Works. 4. Detailed Employment Requirements Based On The Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Act, In Particular The Method Of Verification Of Employment Of Persons On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, The Contracting Authoritys Rights In The Scope Of Controlling The Contractors Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements And Sanctions For Their Failure To Meet Them Are Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.
