Tenders are invited for Fitted Tank Trucks for IOM in Haiti Supply and delivery of fitted trucks to HAITI. 1. Water Tank Truck 1.1 Usage and General Configuration Purpose: Transport and distribution of potable water. Chassis: Hino / International or equivalent (4×2 or 6×4). Usable Capacity: 8,000 12,000 L (4×2) or up to 16,000 L (6×4). Environment: Tropical conditions, dusty roads, high temperatures (tropicalized chassis). 1.2 Chassis and Engine GVWR: 16 26 tons depending on configuration. Engine: Turbo diesel, 6 cylinders, 200 HP. Transmission: 69 speeds, with power take-off (PTO). Suspension: Reinforced, heavy-duty. Braking: Full pneumatic with ABS. Tires: 11R22.5 with spare wheel. 1.3 Tank and Accessories Material: Stainless steel (304/316) or carbon steel with food-grade epoxy coating. Compartments: Single, with anti-surge baffles. Manholes: Minimum 2 × Ø 450 mm. Accessories: Visible level indicator, gauge, vent with filter, internal cleaning system (CIP). Outlets: Bottom outlet, diameter 23", quick couplings (Camlock or Storz). 1.4 Pumping and Distribution Pump: Stainless steel centrifugal, 6001,200 L/min @ 35 bar, PTO-driven. Hoses: 2 × 20 m layflat hoses Ø 2". 1 × 6 m spiral suction hose Ø 3". Couplings: Camlock Ø 23" with caps. Option: Manual or motorized hose reel. 1.5 Safety and Accessories Guardrails and anti-slip walkways. Rear bumper, reverse alarm and camera. Work lights, rotating beacon. Fire extinguishers: 2 × 6 kg powder. 1.6 Initial Spare Parts Pump maintenance kit (seals, gaskets, bearings). 1 spare suction hose and 1 discharge hose. 2 sets of Camlock couplings, 2 valves. Engine and pump filters for 12 months. 2. Sewage and Sullage Tank Truck 2.1 Usage and General Configuration Purpose: Collection and transport of wastewater and sludge from septic tanks, latrines, and reservoirs. Chassis: Hino / International or equivalent (4×2 or 6×4). Usable Capacity: 8,000 12,000 L (4×2) or 12,000 16,000 L (6×4). Environment: Tropical conditions, high heat, humidity, dust (reinforced cooling system). 2.2 Chassis and Engine GVWR: 16 26 tons depending on configuration. Engine: Turbo diesel, 6 cylinders, 200 HP. Transmission: 69 speeds, with power take-off (PTO). Suspension: Reinforced, heavy-duty. Braking: Full pneumatic with ABS. Tires: 11R22.5 with spare wheel. 2.3 Tank and Accessories Material: 6 mm carbon steel, internally anti-corrosion treated. Compartment: Single with anti-surge baffles. Manholes: 1 rear Ø 450 mm, 1 top Ø 450 mm. Safety: Overpressure/vacuum relief valves. Discharge: Hydraulic rear door with reinforced sealing. 2.4 Pumping/Vacuum System Vacuum Pump: Rotary vane type, capacity 600 m³/h, PTO-driven. Hoses: 2 × 8 m reinforced hoses Ø 4". Couplings: Camlock Ø 4" with strainer and caps. Discharge: By pressurization or gravity. 2.5 Safety and Accessories Rear bumper, guardrails, anti-slip walkways. Work lights, rotating beacon, reverse camera + alarm. Fire extinguisher, wheel chocks, spill response kit. 2.6 Initial Spare Parts Vacuum pump kit (vanes, seals, bearings). 1 spare suction hose Ø 4". Additional couplings and seals. Engine and pump filters for 12 months. 3. Packaging 3.1 General Trucks must be delivered complete, operational, and ready for use. Any disassembled accessories (hoses, couplings, tools, spare parts) must be packaged separately and clearly identified. Clear labeling in French and English with contents and corresponding serial number. 3.2 Vehicle Protection Shrink wrap or breathable tarpaulins over cab and tank to protect against dust, rain, and sea salt (if shipped by sea). Sensitive points (electrical connectors, tank openings, hydraulic fittings) protected with temporary caps/plates. Anti-corrosion strips (or temporary grease) on exposed painted areas (chassis, underside, flanges). Tires delivered inflated, with max. +10% overpressure for long sea transport. 3.3 Accessories and Spare Parts Hoses rolled, strapped, and placed in metal boxes or closed wooden pallets. Small parts (seals, valves, maintenance kits) in waterproof plastic boxes with inventory. Heavy parts (spare wheel, auxiliary pumps) strapped on wooden pallets. Each box/pallet must be referenced (e.g., "Truck 1 Spare Parts Set A"). 3.4 Documentation Operator manual in French and English, parts catalog, test certificates (pressure, potable water hygiene, tank safety) in paper format + USB key. Documentation placed in a waterproof case inside the cab, with a duplicate sent separately by email. 5. Transport and Handling If shipped by sea: vehicle secured on flat rack or Ro-Ro transport. Tie-down and lifting points clearly marked by manufacturer. Batteries disconnected (or master switch in OFF position). Fuel level ¼ tank (transport safety).
