Valid membership in the engineering syndicate for the lead engineer (s), submit proof of annual membership payment for 2025 Proof to be included in 2025 Recommended LCEC List for contractors Letter from the bank for confirmation of the bank account. It should be issued in 2025 Company owner or company director ID/ Passport official letter from the company stating name and ID of the owner(s), and name and ID of the company director(s) NCA site visits documents signed by both parties Signed and stamped letter of commitment to submit the work within 55 calendar days Any other relevant information that should be made known to the Contracting Authority. The site visit will be on Tuesday 23 September 2025 at 11:00hrs. The Deadline for request for any clarifications from the Contracting Authority will be on Monday 29 September 2025 at 15:00hrs.
