Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract: • Development Of Complete Design Documentation Together With Obtaining All Required Consents And Arrangements, • Takeover And Organization Of The Construction Site, • Execution Of Construction Works, • Exercising Authors Supervision, • Development Of As -Built Documentation And Instructions For Use, • Obtaining A Permit To Use Or Lack Of Objection To Use. And All The Documents, Arrangements And Decisions Required By Law (Including Maps For Design Purposes), Execution, Measurements, Inventory And Research Necessary For The Correct Implementation Of Design Work Together With The Payment Of Fees Related To It; • Execution Of All Necessary Technical Expertise Of The Building-If There Are; • Implementation Of A Construction Project (Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Project); • The Ordering Party All Necessary And All Required For The Law Of The Law, Permits And Decisions, Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Design Works And Construction Works, Including Obtaining A Building Permit Or Lack Of Objection To The Application - If They Occur; • Execution Of A Multi-Branch Executive Project And All Additional Studies Required For The Correct Performance Of The Task; • It Is Allowed To Combine As Part Of One Study Of Project Elements That Are Not Covered By The Obligation To Approve The Architectural And Construction Administration Body (I.E. Technical Design And Executive Design), While In This Case The Documentation Elements Must Meet The Requirements Of The Provisions For Both The Technical Design And The Executive Project-If Required; • Technical Performance And Acceptance Of Works; • Development Of Cost Estimates And Bill Of Quantities; • Preparation Of Information On Safety And Health Protection (Bioz); • Obtaining Possible Additional Consents, Permits, Technical Conditions, Other Materials - If During The Development Of Documentation Or Implementation Of The Investment It Becomes Necessary; • Transfer Of Property Copyrights To All Design Documentation In The Contracting Authority, Including The Development Of Copyrights; • Energy Building For The Building After Completing Construction Works; • Making A Material And Financial Schedule Of Construction Works, Drawn Up In Gross Amounts Divided Into Months, Construction Works Including: • Thermomodernization Improvements:  Modernization Of The Partition Interior Ceiling At The Podszem Oman.
