    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Renovation Of A Warehouse Building For The Needs Of The Protection Of Population And Civil Defense In The Witnica Commune, At Ul. Kosynierów Mirosławskie 1 In Witnica. 1. The Order Includes: Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of A Warehouse Building Located On Journal Of Laws No. 121 At Ul. Kosynierów Mirosławskie 1 In Witnica, Consisting Of: A) Replacement Of The Existing Window Joinery On Pvc And Doors And A Gate To Steel, B) Renovation Of The Facade Consisting In Cutting Loose And Falling Off External Plasters, Surface Leveling, Sticking A Layer Of Foamed Polystyrene (Gr. Thin-Layer, C) Execution Of A New Installation Of Air-Exhaust Gravity Ventilation, D) Renovation Of Reinforced Concrete Ramp-Making A New Reinforced Concrete Structure With Foundation, E) Replacement Of The Roof Covering Together With Glowing, Consisting In The Installation Of Chopping (Counterfeit And Patches), Membrane Of The Parallel And New Covering Of Trapezoidal Sheet Metal. The Type Of Trapezoidal Sheet Should Take Into Account The Small Angle Of The Roof. In Addition, The Installation Of New Galvanized Galvanized Lumps And Trigger Pipes, F) Making New Floors Indoors, G) Making New Internal Plasters Along With Painting, H) Made Of A New Electrical Installation (Internal And External Lighting, Plug Sockets, Gate Drive) And Assembly Of The Video Monitoring System. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.
