1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Thermomodernization Of Buildings Of The Educational Institutions Complex In Złotniki In The Formula Design And Build. Addition Of The Investment: Complex Of Educational Institutions In Złotniki, Złotniki 66A, 28-366 Małogoszcz. The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 The Contracting Authority Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using A Functional And Utility Program (Annex 2 To Swz). The Subject Of The Contract Is To Design Any Design Work, Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Obtaining Other Decisions, Permits, Applications Required By Law, And Then Performing Construction Works And Supervising Authors Supervision Over The Entire Investment During Its Implementation. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1. As Part Of The Planned Undertaking, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Indicated Activities: - Perform Pre -Project Works - Including Accurate Inventory Of The Existing Building And The Investment Area And Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Building. Implementation Of The Concept Of Design And Construction Works For The Acceptance Of The Employer,- Implementation Of A Construction Project- Together With All Necessary Arrangements And Possible Deviations,- Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit,- Execution Of Technical/Executive Projects To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment And Reporting The Commencement Of Works To The Poviat Inspector Of Construction Supervision,- Performing All Investments In Accordance With The Projects Developed, Necessary Arrangements And Acceptance, Including Permits For Use. 2. The Scope Of Design Work Will Include: - Necessary Inventories, Arrangements And Obtaining Opinions Of Technical And Implementation Conditions To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Project, - The Concept Of Design Solutions In The Field Of Architecture, Submitted To The Contracting Authority For Approval (Drawings And Descriptions Of Adopted Material Solutions) - Construction Project Together With Obtaining A Building Permit - Technical And Executive Projects Containing Appropriate Technical Solutions, - Drawings And Calculations, - Drawings And Calculations, Necessary To Perform Construction Works, For The Architecture Industry, Construction, Sanitary Installations (Installation Of Utility Water, Central Heating Installation, Ventilation Installation, Connecting Projects),- Electrical And Teletechnical Installations As Well As The Construction Of Renewable Energy Sources (Heat Pumps, Photovoltaic Installation, Transformer Station),- Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works,- Investor Cost Estimates With Electronic Form- Authors Supervision Of Designers Of All Industries- Preparing As-Built Documentatio
